Ethan Pauly

Ethan Pauly is a Packaging Engineer at Amerilab Technologies since April 2022, previously working as a Manufacturing Engineer at Lifecore Biomedical and Project Engineer at USG. Ethan has extensive experience in capital project development, including the design and installation of packaging systems and modernization of facility equipment. Coordination of projects through Lean Six Sigma and RPM practices showcases a strong focus on process improvement and critical failure analysis.
