John Hoffman

John Hoffman is an experienced financial services professional with a strong background in institutional business development. Currently serving as Regional Director for Institutional Business Development - East at Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC since December 2018, John previously held the position of Field Vice President. Prior experience includes work as AVP and Institution Services Business Consultant at LPL Financial from June 2008 to November 2018, and as a Platinum Client Relationship Manager at E*TRADE Financial Corporation from October 2005 to June 2008. Additionally, John contributed to BMO Wealth Management - U.S. as part of the Institutional Client Group from January 2002 to October 2005, and began a career in finance as a Financial Services Representative at Credit Suisse from January 2000 to January 2002. John holds a degree in Financial Management from the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University, earned between 1995 and 1999.
