Alex Pacheco has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, holding various roles such as System Engineering Director at Ameris Bank, Cloud & Core Infrastructure Engineering Manager at COUNTRY Financial, Manager/IT Corporate Infrastructure at Birch Communications, and Server Administrator, Team Lead, & Manager at Assurant. Alex also served as a Sr. Server Administrator at Ryder. Alex has extensive experience in managing server and storage technologies, providing strategic direction for infrastructure, and leading technology teams.

Alex Pacheco attended Miami Dade College from 1987 to 1990, earning an AA in Computer Information Systems. Alex then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Florida International University from 1990 to 1995.
