John Dondey has over two decades of experience in the financial services industry. John started their career at American Express Business Finance as the National Sales Manager. John then moved on to Summit Funding Group, Inc. where they served as the National Business Development Officer. Most recently, they held the position of Managing Director at Dimension Funding before becoming the Director of Business Development at Ameris Bank in 2022. John'sexpertise lies in business development and financial services.

John Dondey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of Maryland, with a minor in Government and Politics. John also obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from Nova Southeastern University. In addition to their academic achievements, John holds certifications in ASA Bareboat Cruising, Advanced Open Water Diving, and is a Private Aircraft Pilot.
