Richard Sturm has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry, with roles at Citizens And Southern Bank, Carolina First Bank, SouthState Bank, and Ameris Bank. Richard has held positions such as Commercial Banker, Commercial Market Manager, and Executive Vice President. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated leadership skills in launching new services, building customer bases, and managing teams across various verticals such as SBA lending, residential and commercial construction, and marketing.

Richard Sturm obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of South Carolina in 1987.
