Teri Smith

Teri Smith has over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Starting as a Mortgage Broker/President at Money Makers Express Mortgage in 1995, they progressed to roles including Mortgage Banker at RBC Bank in 2007. Transitioning to Ameris Bank in 2012, they held the position of Vice President/Mortgage Banker, specializing in various mortgage financing programs. In 2018, Teri joined Mortgage Options Inc. as Production Manager/Mortgage Loan Specialist, where they focused on new residential construction financing, first-time homebuyers, and more. Returning to Ameris Bank in 2020 as a Vice President, Teri continues their career in mortgage banking.

Teri Smith attended Irmo High School from 1977 to 1981 and obtained a Diploma in Communications and Marketing.
