Kathryn H. Shirley

Kathryn H. Shirley is the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Amerisafe. Kathryn was previously an Associate at Christian & Small LLP from January 2009 to May 2012.

After completing their undergraduate studies at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Kathryn H. Shirley attended law school at the Birmingham School of Law. Kathryn then went on to earn their Master of Laws (LLM) degree in insurance from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
