Briley Brisendine

Briley Brisendine is currently the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at SiteOne. Prior to this, they served as Vice President & Deputy General Counsel at The Home Depot, where they were responsible for all legal aspects of the company's corporate governance, securities, corporate finance, store operations, real estate, services, M&A, international, procurement, credit services, risk management, privacy, FCPA and general corporate matters. Brisendine began their career as an attorney at McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP, where they had an extensive transactional practice focused on securities, corporate finance, M&A and corporate governance matters.

Briley Brisendine has a Juris Doctor from Mercer University - Walter F. George School of Law and a degree from Wofford College.
