The board of directors at Amerisafe is comprised of experienced professionals in a variety of industries. Many of the members have experience as directors on other boards, including Donegal Insurance Group, Railpower Technologies Corp., and Hamot Health Foundation/Hamot Medical Center. The board also includes a Certified Public Accountant with a background in accounting, finance, and economics. This wealth of experience and knowledge allows the board to provide valuable guidance and oversight to the company.
