Becky Hayes

Becky Hayes is an accomplished compliance professional with extensive experience in healthcare and regulatory affairs. Currently serving as the Group Compliance Officer at AmerisourceBergen since January 2018, Hayes also holds the position of Senior Director of Quality, Governance, Risk and Compliance at Lash Group, an AmerisourceBergen Company. Prior to these roles, Hayes spent over a decade at Johnson & Johnson, where responsibilities included various director-level positions focused on health care compliance operations and training. Earlier career experiences include senior managerial roles at Aventis Pharmaceuticals and Immunex, as well as analytical positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and The Upjohn Company. Hayes holds a Master of Public Health in Policy and Administration from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Oakland University.
