Melissa A. Martinez

Melissa A. Martinez is currently serving as Senior Counsel at AmerisourceBergen since September 2022. Prior to this role, Melissa held the position of Bankruptcy Associate at Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP from September 2016 to September 2022. Melissa gained valuable experience as a Legal Intern at the Rutgers Law School Civil Practice Clinic in 2015, representing clients under the supervision of licensed attorneys. Additional roles include Summer Associate at Saul Ewing LLP in 2015, Executive Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy from March 2014 to May 2015, and various internships within the judicial system and in legal departments. Melissa earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Rutgers Law School, an MBA from Rutgers University School of Business-Camden, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and International Business from Villanova University.
