Willis Chandler

Willis Chandler is an experienced healthcare executive currently serving as Executive in Residence at Frazier Healthcare Partners since September 2024. Previously, Willis held multiple leadership positions at Cencora, including President of Global Pharma Services and President of Health System, Specialty, Government & Commercial Solutions from January 2018 to June 2024, where responsibilities spanned a wide range of pharmaceutical services and product developments. Prior roles include VP of Health System Affiliations at CVS Health (2014-2018), Co-Founder and Executive Vice President at Shields Pharmacy (2012-2014), and Senior Vice President at UMass Memorial Medical Center (2003-2011). Willis obtained an MBA in Healthcare from The Wharton School and a BS in History & American Studies from Brandeis University.
