Troy Dohmeyer, CRIS, AINS, CHST has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Troy began their career at Ryan Companies US, Inc. as a Project Manager, where they oversaw commercial construction projects and managed client relationships. Troy then moved on to Zurich Insurance, where they held the position of Senior Risk Engineering Consultant and was responsible for key account management and the development of a subcontractor prequalification program. Following that, they joined The Cincinnati Insurance Companies as a Senior Loss Control Consultant, providing support to the sales team and acting as a safety director for Engineering News Record Top 600 Specialty Contractors. After working at Mortenson as a Project Executive, mentoring construction project teams and focusing on people development, Troy joined Cincinnati Insurance as a Senior Construction Account Executive and later as a Construction Program Technical Director. In their current role at Amerisure Insurance, Troy serves as the Construction Market Segment Director, leading the construction segment strategy and collaborating with subject matter experts to drive growth and profitability.

Troy Dohmeyer, CRIS, AINS, CHST pursued their undergraduate education from 1990 to 1995 at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Troy completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering during this period.
