Sarah Beer, MS, AMIM has over 17 years of experience in the insurance industry. Sarah currently serves as the Director of Property and Inland Marine Line of Business at Amerisure Insurance, where they develop and implements underwriting strategies based on industry insight and data analysis. Sarah also manages underwriting controls and tools to support organizational growth and profit goals. Prior to their current role, Sarah held various positions at Amerisure Insurance, The Hartford, and Hanover Insurance, where they gained expertise in marine underwriting, commercial underwriting, and underwriting consulting. Sarah holds a Master's degree and an Associate in Marine Insurance Management certification.

Sarah Beer, MS, AMIM has a strong educational background in urban planning and finance. Sarah earned their Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance from Oakland University in the years 2000 to 2004. Following this, they pursued a Master of Urban Planning degree at the University of Michigan, specializing in Economic and Community Development. This academic milestone spanned from 2008 to 2010. These educational experiences provide Sarah with a solid foundation in both the financial and urban planning fields.
