Adam Lev

Adam Lev is an experienced corporate development professional currently serving as the Vice President of Corporate Development at Amerit Fleet Solutions since August 2025, where responsibilities include leading M&A strategy and integration. Prior to this role, Adam was the Head of Corporate Development at Boyd Group Services Inc. from May 2023 to September 2025, overseeing strategic M&A efforts for a major automotive consolidator. As a co-founder and Managing Partner at DL Capital Partners between January 2021 and July 2023, Adam focused on acquiring and recapitalizing small to medium-sized businesses. Additional experience includes serving on the Board of Directors for Management Science & Innovation, working as a Private Equity Investment Professional at MFG Partners, and holding a role in Growth Strategy and Corporate Development at KPMG US. Adam's early career includes leadership in the Israeli Air Force. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University.
