Mogien Boyd

Mogien "Mo" Boyd currently serves as the 2nd Vice President of Talent Development at Ameritas, focusing on the strategy and execution of enterprise learning initiatives to enhance talent across the organization. Previous experience includes roles as Engagement Manager in People Empowerment at Allstate, where engagement strategy for a large customer service unit was developed, and Site Leader at Encompass Insurance, overseeing a significant premium management and a remote team. Additional leadership positions were held at Allstate, managing IT support operations and participating in talent acceleration programs. Mogien Boyd holds a Master's in Leadership from Bellevue University and is pursuing a PhD in Human Capital Management. Educational credentials also include a Bachelor's in History from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
