Orlando Cruz

Orlando Cruz is a seasoned executive in the retirement plans and financial services industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President for Retirement Plans at Ameritas since June 2024. Prior to this role, Orlando held significant positions, including Senior Vice President and Chief Growth Officer at MissionSquare Retirement from 2020 to 2023, where responsibilities encompassed strategy and financial results for the defined contribution business. Orlando also served as President of MissionSquare Investment Services and held various leadership roles at PNC, MetLife, SunTrust Investment Services, Voya Financial, and Wells Fargo over a career that spans over three decades. Orlando earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Miami between 1987 and 1991.
