Clayton Stanley

Clayton Stanley is the EVP of Corporate Development at AmeriVet. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Corporate Development at NTT DATA Services from 2015 to 2018, where they were responsible for M&A strategy, origination, evaluation, structuring, negotiation, execution and integration of acquisitions and divestitures. Clayton was also instrumental in executing two domestic and cross-border M&A transactions representing approximately $3.2 billion in enterprise value.

Before NTT DATA Services, Clayton worked as the Director of Corporate Development at Xerox from 2006 to 2015. At Xerox, they were responsible for M&A strategy, origination, evaluation, structuring, negotiation, execution and integration of acquisitions and divestitures. Clayton was also instrumental in executing 48 domestic and cross-border M&A transactions representing approximately $6.8 billion in enterprise value.

Prior to Xerox, Clayton worked as a Senior Associate in the Transaction Services group at Price Waterhouse Coopers from 2005 to 2006. Before that, they worked as a Senior Associate in the Global Commodities Group at Fortis Capital from 2003 to 2004.

Clayton Stanley has a Master in Professional Accounting (MPA) from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from the same school.
