Gregory Guetzloe

Gregory Guetzloe is the Director of Human Resources & Payroll at AmeriVet. Prior to this, they were the Human Resources Manager at Animal Defense League of Texas from April 2017 to November 2017. Gregory created ADL’s first Human Resources Department and helped increase employee satisfaction due to receiving scheduled salary increases. Gregory also updated the recruitment process, resulting in faster turn around to hire applicants. In addition, Gregory participated in a salary survey and reviewed the results to ensure pay rates were competitive. Gregory then standardized salary increases and updated the on-boarding process, resulting in employees having an enhanced initial entry into ADL. Gregory also provided training and assistance to supervisors in disciplinary and termination actions, helping ensure firm was protected from claims of wrongful discharge or discrimination. Lastly, they created a benefits orientation which helped employees to better understand their benefit options.

Gregory Guetzloe has a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Washington and a MS in Ministry from Pepperdine University.
