Sarah Windsor

Sarah Windsor has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sarah worked at Ames Construction as a Quality Director, where they focused on implementing the company's quality vision and driving system and process improvements. Prior to that, they held various positions at 3M, including TEBG Sr Quality Manager, Quality Systems Manager, and Quality / Regulatory Lead for Scott Safety Acquisition. Sarah also had experience as a Senior Quality Engineer and Operations Supervisor in the Traffic Safety and Security Division at 3M. Overall, they have expertise in quality management and a strong background in the transportation and electronics industry.

Sarah Windsor attended the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay from 1999 to 2000, where they earned a BS in Business Administration. Sarah then pursued a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Logistics, at the University of Wisconsin - Stout from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their degrees, Sarah obtained certifications as an Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP) from the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure in May 2023 and as a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) from ASQ in June 2012.
