Caterina Ippolito

Prior to joining Ames Watson, Cat worked as a technical recruiter in the government consulting space, building out teams for the Department of Defense, Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of State. Outside of work, she is actively pursuing her JD from the University of Baltimore and serves on the steering committee for Leadership Howard County, Leadership U’s High School leadership program. When she’s not at work, Cat enjoys hiking, testing out the best restaurants, and traveling.
