Lawrence Berger is the co-founder and partner of Ames Watson, a privately held diversified operating company. Lawrence has also served as the chairman of AWE Learning and the chief investment officer of Blackstreet Capital Holdings LLC.

Berger has over 20 years of experience investing in both growth and underperforming companies. Lawrence specializes in control buyouts of small to mid-sized underperforming or distressed companies. Through their work at Blackstreet Capital, they have helped to purchase approximately 40 businesses with a total revenue of over $1 billion.
