Thomas H. Ripley is the Co-Founder and Partner at Ames Watson. Thomas has also served as Executive Chairman and Operating Partner for the acquisition of the assets of Bijoux Terner, LLC, Chairman of Immediate Response Technologies, Executive Chairman of American Combustion Industries, Inc., President of ThinkDirect Marketing Group, Inc., and Vice Chairman of FTCA, Inc. Currently, they are the President of Airboss Defense.

Thomas H. Ripley has a MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business as well as a BA in history from the Virginia Military Institute.
