Chad started their career in 2003 at Amesbury as a Design Engineer before progressing to roles such as Engineering Manager and Product Manager. Currently, they serve as the Director of Product Management for Seals, Extrusions, & Balances at AmesburyTruth.

Chad Swier earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota State University in 2002.
