Genna Mintz

Genna Mintz serves as the Human Resources Director for the Haydon Kerk Pittman Business Unit at AMETEK since July 2013, leading the international HR strategy and function across multiple countries to align with organizational goals and drive continuous improvement. Previously, Genna held various HR positions within AMETEK, including Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Generalist, supporting divisions and manufacturing facilities with strategic HR initiatives. From May 2007 to June 2013, Genna worked at Target, first as an Executive Team Leader - Human Resources, focusing on team engagement and operational goals, and then as Executive Team Leader - Salesfloor, overseeing sales operations and enhancing employee engagement. Genna holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Capella University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kent State University.
