Tom Frye

Tom Frye is an experienced leader in quality and environmental health and safety, currently serving as Vice President of Quality/EHS at AMETEK Hughes-Treitler/Rotron/FMH since April 2019, where responsibilities include fostering a culture of continual improvement and enhancing supplier quality processes. Previously, Tom held roles as Director of Quality and Environmental Health and Safety at AMETEK Hughes-Treitler/Rotron and Senior Program Manager at Telephonics Corp, overseeing significant budget and schedule management for a large production program. Tom possesses a strong foundation in quality management, having developed ISO 9001:2000 QMS systems and led initiatives that improved operational efficiency at Disc Graphics. As a consultant and an educator, Tom contributed to significant quality improvement projects across various industries and developed key academic programs in Total Quality Management at Dowling College. Tom holds a Ph.D. in Applied Organizational Psychology and multiple degrees from Hofstra University and Syracuse University College of Law.
