Diane Zaiter

Diane Zaiter is an experienced business development professional with a strong background in the travel industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Business Development (Meetings & Events) at American Express Global Business Travel since March 2022, Diane previously owned and operated DZ Group Ventures, LLC from January 2019 to February 2022. From October 2012 to December 2018, Diane held roles at JetBlue Airways, including Project Manager and Business Development lead, where efforts focused on enhancing corporate online booking tools and growing distribution channels, as well as managing corporate sales in the New England territory. Prior experience includes serving as Corporate Relations Manager at Southwest Airlines, where Diane initiated corporate market engagement, and as Corporate Sales Representative at US Airways, driving significant revenue growth through strategic negotiations and consultative selling. Diane holds a BBA in Marketing from New Mexico State University.
