Shannyn Preddey has over 20 years of experience in the travel industry, currently serving as a Client Manager at American Express Global Business Travel since October 2013. In this role, Shannyn focuses on partnering with clients to devise business plans that achieve their travel program goals, providing strategic and consultative support, and executing initiatives to optimize travel programs. Prior to this position, Shannyn held various roles at American Express, including Client Manager Associate and Corporate Travel Consultant, as well as serving as Branch Sales Manager at STA Travel from 2002 to 2007.
