Craig’s career in Facilities Management and Business Services has enabled him to become a strategic leader with a broad understanding of the sector.

His executive-level positions have included Managing Director for Balfour Beatty’s Gas and Water businesses and Alfred McAlpine’s Business Services division – and Chief Executive for Emprise Services.

Craig is a resilient and collaborative leader who empowers his teams to make strong strategic decisions that positively impact performance. This has resulted in him successfully delivering major business turnarounds and growth programs.

In previous roles, Craig has led high-profile joint ventures and used his negotiation skills to improve financial outcomes and reduce risk. This is also underpinned by 20 years of successfully developing service portfolios in new and existing growth markets.

At Amey, he continues to use his experience to develop an already successful business. Craig oversees Amey’s Secure Infrastructure and Utility businesses. His focus is on improving the customer experience for the clients, driving digital transformation to improve service delivery, and creating a positive social impact in the wider communities.

In addition to providing strategic and operational leadership, Craig remains focused on improving safety performance, employee engagement, and fostering strong supply chain partnerships, to create a sustainable business.
