Molly Jean Crowther

Molly Jean Crowther serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Young Rail Professionals since April 2022, overseeing the organization's budget, finances, and income while collaborating with the National Executive Board of Directors, Committee members, and Corporate Sponsors. Additionally, Molly is an Executive Team Member involved in planning the 2024-2025 Annual Dinner and Awards, supports Regional Chairs and Committees as Head of Regions, and volunteers as Vice Chair for the Wales Region. Currently, Molly is also a Business Management Apprentice at Amey, with previous experience as a 3rd Assistant Director at Lime Pictures, a Hairdressing Apprentice at Headmasters, and a Floor Runner at Headstrong Pictures. Molly's education includes a Certificate of Higher Education in Make-Up Artistry from Delamar Academy and is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at the University of South Wales, expected to complete in May 2025.
