Dan Chila

Dan Chila, CPA, MBA, has extensive experience in treasury and finance, currently serving as Treasurer at AMG Critical Materials N.V. since May 2019. Prior roles include Assistant Treasurer and Manager of Treasury Operations & Capital Markets at American Water from November 2016 to May 2019. At DuPont, Dan held various positions from May 2007 to November 2016, including Finance Consultant and Senior Accountant. Prior to that, Dan worked as a Senior Audit Associate at Deloitte from September 2002 to May 2007. Dan Chila holds an MBA specializing in Corporate Finance and Financial Instruments & Markets from NYU Stern School of Business and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting from Saint Joseph's University. Education was also completed at Salesianum.
