Chris Serafino

Chris Serafino currently serves as Vice President of International Market Access at Amgen, a position held since October 2023. Prior roles include Vice President of International Market Access and Executive Director of Market Access Strategy & Payer Marketing at Horizon, as well as Senior Director of Global Value & Access at Amgen. Chris also held the position of Senior Director of Global Market Access Strategy at Celgene, where efforts focused on the Immunology & Inflammation Franchise. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at UCB, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and other positions supporting various aspects of market access and payer marketing. Chris holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from SUNY Geneseo.
