Karthigasan Thamotharan

Karthigasan Thamotharan is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager in Talent Management at Amgen since December 2024. Prior to this role, Karthigasan held the position of Regional Team Lead for Talent Acquisition at Takeda from July 2018 to December 2024, where management of the recruitment team across multiple sites in Singapore, Indonesia, China, and India took place.
