Laraine Lopez

Laraine Lopez serves as the Global Clinical Biomarkers & Diagnostics Operations Lead for Oncology at Amgen, overseeing the execution of biomarker and diagnostic strategies in global clinical programs since October 2021. Prior to Amgen, Laraine held the position of Lead Senior Histotechnologist at Covance from January 2014 to October 2021, where leadership in assay training and regulatory compliance was emphasized. Earlier experience includes roles as an IHC Technologist at LabCorp Integrated Oncology and Genzyme Genetics, focusing on immunohistochemistry (IHC) and digital pathology. At US LABS, Laraine worked as an Image Technologist, conducting IHC and related analyses. Laraine holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from UC Irvine and a Post Baccalaureate in Medical Technology from California State University, Northridge.
