Qian Liu

Qian Liu is a highly experienced scientist with a focus on process development and analytical methods in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as a Process Development Senior Principal Scientist at Amgen since October 2018, Qian previously held roles at STC Biologics Inc and NovaBioAssays, where expertise included developing and implementing (LC-)MS methods for protein and small molecule characterization, conducting comparability studies of biosimilars, and investigating protein interactions. Educationally, Qian holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Brandeis University, complemented by undergraduate studies in Chemistry at Nankai University.
