Saira Harcus

Saira Harcus currently serves as the Director of Global GRC Compliance and Rare Disease IT Security at Amgen, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Saira was the Director of Global Cybersecurity at Horizon from November 2021 to October 2023, where responsibilities included developing security strategy and representing cybersecurity on the ESG committee. Saira's experience also encompasses a position as Business Information Security Officer at Allstate, managing security for internal and external activities, and a long tenure at Aon, where roles included Director of Cybersecurity Global Service Operations and various leadership positions in security and IT service delivery. Saira began the career as a Systems Analyst at The Revere Group and gained foundational experience as an Advanced Systems Analyst at Publicis. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Management of Information Technology from Purdue University and an MBA in IT Management from DePaul Driehaus College of Business.
