Sara R. Hale

Sara R. Hale is a seasoned professional in clinical data management and global study operations, currently serving as Director of Global Study Operations Data Management at Amgen since January 2015. With a strong background that includes roles as Senior Manager and Manager in early development trials, Sara specializes in strategy development for adaptive clinical trial designs. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Agensys (Astellas Pharma) overseeing clinical data management for oncology trials, and at the Children's Oncology Group managing data for Phase I studies. Sara's early career involved roles in health education and project management for public health initiatives. Sara holds an MPH in Public Health from California State University, Northridge and a BS in Biology from California State University, Los Angeles.
