Tanesha Duncan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in global total rewards, finance, and strategic planning across prominent companies in the pharmaceutical and investment sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at Amgen since July 2020, Tanesha has held roles including VP Global Total Rewards and VP Transformation, leading initiatives to enhance compensation and benefits programs worldwide. Prior to Amgen, Tanesha was Vice President of Transition Services at Bristol-Myers Squibb, managing a significant divestiture deal. Tanesha's tenure at Celgene included multiple executive positions, contributing to revenue forecasting and operational strategy.
