Tom Monica

Tom Monica has extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as a Director of Process Development at Amgen since 2008, while also holding a retired status since August 2018. Prior roles include Directorships at Bayer HealthCare and Berlex Biosciences, and a managerial position at Genentech. Tom’s career began as a Process Engineer at XOMA. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University and both an M.S. and B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University.
