Wenting Shih

Wenting Shih is a highly experienced professional in diagnostics development and companion diagnostics operations, currently serving as the Scientific Associate Director and Diagnostics Development Lead at Amgen since November 2022. Prior to this role, Wenting held key positions at AbbVie, including Associate Director and Senior Manager of Companion Diagnostics Operations from June 2018 to October 2022. Wenting's career also includes significant contributions at Abcam as Business Process Owner and Scientific Project Manager, where notable achievements included leading a global Custom Services team through an Enterprise Resource Planning implementation and managing over 150 custom antibody production projects.
