Kate Mendez

Kate Mendez possesses extensive experience in the hospitality sector, currently serving as Vice President of Resident Operations at AMH since April 2022, after previously holding the title of Director of Resident Operations. Prior roles include Corporate Director of Asset Management and Operations at Sky Holdings from March 2020 to April 2023, managing a portfolio of properties such as The Wagner at Battery Park and several Holiday Inn locations. Additionally, Kate has held influential positions at Clear Vista Management and GF Hotels & Resorts, where responsibilities encompassed regional and asset management across multiple hotel brands. Kate's career began at Knott's Berry Farm, and an academic foundation in Communication and Media Studies was established at Ateneo de Manila University.
