Theo Stelter

Theo Stelter has extensive experience in customer service, instructional design, and training, with a career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as an Instructional Designer at AMH since July 2015, Theo has also held roles as a Training Specialist and Maintenance Supervisor. Prior to AMH, experience includes customer retention at Cox Communications and customer account management at Comcast Cable, where multiple sales awards were earned. Theo's earlier career at Target involved overnight operations as a Frozen Specialist and Backroom Specialist, recognized as Employee of the Month multiple times. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Human Resource Management from Walden University. Additional qualifications consist of an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration from the Minnesota School of Business and a high school diploma from Roseville Area High School.
