Andrew J. Nussbaum

Andrew J. Nussbaum ’85 has served on Amherst College's Board of Trustees since 2010, as an elected Alumni Trustee for six years prior to being appointed a term trustee in 2016. He was elected Chair of the Board in 2018. He is a partner in the law firm of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, where he specializes in mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions and corporate governance.
