Lucy Frasier

Lucy Frasier is an accomplished professional with a background in fundraising, engagement, and human resources. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Giving & Engagement at Amherst College since July 2022, Lucy supports over 200 fundraising volunteers and develops class-based appeals. Prior experience includes an External Relations Specialist role at Mount Holyoke College, where Lucy connected students with external opportunities and organized recruitment events. Previous positions include HR & Operations Associate at O'Connell Care at Home, Seasonal HR Recruiting Coordinator at The Yankee Candle Company, and Recruiting Assistant at Mount Holyoke College Career Development Center. Lucy also holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Mount Holyoke College.
