Jennie Hawkins joined the Wilder Foundation in 1987 and leads Wilder’s Human Resources, Compliance and Information Technology functions. She has over 20 years of management experience at Wilder and served as the Director of Human Resources for 9 years prior to her current role. Jennie has led the transformation of organizational rewards and systems infrastructure. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota-Duluth and a master’s in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota-Carlson School of Management. Jennie is passionate about collaboration and values-based system change.
