Somnang Chan

Somnang Chan is currently an Adult Mental Health Targeted Case Manager and MA/Lead Counselor (bilingual) with Wilder's Community Mental Health & Wellness Services team. Prior to his current position, he worked for Community Options as a Mental Health Practitioner. He joined the LAMPP Fellows Class of 2007 with an interest in building skills in coalition building, policy development, and implementation.
