Alexandra Mugge

Alexandra Mugge is a seasoned professional in health policy and informatics, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Health Policy and Regulatory Intelligence at Oracle since June 2025. Prior to this role, Alexandra held multiple positions at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services from December 2018 to June 2025, including Director and Chief Health Informatics Officer, Director and Deputy Chief Health Informatics Officer, and Deputy Chief Health Informatics Officer. Alexandra has also contributed to strategy and planning at Humana from January 2008 to April 2010 and worked as a Health Policy Research Assistant and Health Policy Advisor Intern at Emory University from August 2006 to December 2007. Alexandra holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management from Emory University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology-Chemistry from the University of Hartford.
