Teresa Bastos da Mota

Teresa Bastos da Mota is a medical professional with extensive experience in community health and family medicine. Currently serving as a Community Health Project Coordinator at Fundação AMI since July 2021, Teresa has also been involved in various roles including Family Medicine Physician at USF Garcia de Orta and previously at multiple healthcare organizations, providing care in both hospital and community settings. With a Master's degree in Medicine from Universidade do Porto and additional qualifications in Traveler’s Medicine and Medical Hydrology, Teresa has focused on project planning, sexual and reproductive health, and general healthcare delivery. Volunteer work has included roles at NPO Health & Help and Teladoc Health, showcasing a commitment to underserved populations and community health education.
