Klyn Loffhagen has extensive experience in IT service management, currently serving as the IT Service Desk Manager at IAG since July 2012. Additionally, Klyn has been with AMI Insurance Company since January 2005, where the role of Manager Technology Service Desk has been held. Prior to that position, Klyn worked on IT Projects at AMI Insurance from 2000 to 2005. Klyn holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in Communication Management from Massey University.
