Feras Al-Harbi has a strong and extensive work experience in various financial leadership roles. Feras began their career as the Head of Internal Audit Department at a confidential company in 1997 and held this position until 2009. Feras then joined ACWA Holding Company as the Chief Financial Officer from 2009 to 2014.

Afterwards, Feras worked at Alshalawi International Company for Trading and Contracting as the Vice President for Financial & Admin Affairs, where they successfully managed financial and administrative affairs and achieved a 20% increase in operational efficiency. Feras also oversaw a company with a turnover of SAR 1 billion, ensuring financial stability and driving growth.

From 2018 to 2019, Feras served as the Group Chief Financial Officer at AL-AYUNI Investment and Contracting Company, where they managed a bank restructuring of SAR 2 billion and secured new loans of SAR 350 million for business expansion.

In 2019, Feras joined TADCO as the Group Chief Financial Officer, leading the company through a major restructuring plan and achieving cost reductions by 25%, resulting in a 10% increase in profits.

Most recently, Feras is the Chief Executive Officer at Amiantit, where they continue to showcase their exceptional negotiation skills and financial acumen. Feras successfully restructured bank loans amounting to approximately SAR 1.1 billion over a 10-year period, leading to improved loan terms, reduced interest rates, and extended repayment periods.

Feras Al-Harbi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Chichester, obtained from 2017 to 2019. Feras also has a Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Wadi Al Neel University, completed from 2007 to 2009. In addition, Feras earned another MBA degree specializing in Business Administration and Management from Oxford Colledge for PHD and Masters from 2013 to 2015. Feras obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Mutah University from 1990 to 1994. Feras has also acquired several additional certifications including Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from the IMA | Institute of Management Accountants in 2008 and completion of the IFRS Certificate Program from the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation.
